Ask for the angle that matters
A useful QC request is not a long wish list. For shoes, ask for label, outsole or side shape. For hoodies, ask for print and tag. For bags, ask for hardware or inside label. The spreadsheet note should name the exact angle.
QC clutter to avoid
Too many vague photo requests slow the decision and still may not answer the risk. The buyer should write one targeted request that proves the selected option or reveals the reason to stop.
QC-ready buying decision
The row is ready when the buyer knows whether the QC photo should approve, exchange, return, hold or remove the item.
